I paid for the parts and didn’t receive them for >3m. Whilst I appreciate there were challenges with liquidation and new financiers, I paid for the products including delivery and my order should have been fulfilled expeditiously. As a direct consequence, I could only use the bike in emergencies and the last time I had to use it the side stand failed and the bike toppled over damaging the bike. Not happy obviously.

Ho ordinato un pezzo prima di natale mi è arrivato qualche giorno fa se era un pezzo necessario a fare funzionare la moto e lo ordinavo ora perdevo metà stagione motociclistica... Questo è inaccettabile... Oltre al fatto che ho trovato lo stesso articolo sul sito wrs originale a meno di metà prezzo... Moto bellissima ma il service è una delusione totale

Great communication , easy ordering and I liked the option to describe in words what I had ordered - just in case a mistake was made in choosing from the helpful parts diagrams. All good - apart from import duties , but that’s another story.

Beoordeling gecontroleerd en gepost de 20/02/2025Guten Morgen, der aktuelle Stand is Folgender: Das Paket mit der DPD Paketnummer 10333004040020 ist nach wie vor bei mir nicht eingetroffen. Das habe ich auf Empfehlung von DPD bei eben DPD und dem Versender Deux Roues Latresne reklamiert. Geschehen ist bislang nichts. Folgendes ist mir aber aufgefallen. Der DPD-Paketbote hat das Päckchen offenbar am 25.01.2025 in der Antoninusstraße 64 um 14:19 im TREPPENHAUS zugestellt. Ich war aber Zuhause und habe kein OK dafür erteilt. Gruß P.Eckhardt
